We are excited to have you as a member of UNIFY Financial Credit Union (UNIFY). To help make your transition as smooth as possible from ADP Federal Credit Union (ADP) to UNIFY, we have created this Conversion Guide.
- UNIFY Member Number
Your member number can be found on the cover letter sent to you with your Conversion Guide packet. Begin using your new UNIFY member number on June 1, 2017.
You will be asked for your member number when you contact UNIFY and when conducting various transactions.
- UNIFY Account Numbers
Your account numbers can be found on the cover letter sent to you with your Conversion Guide packet. Each of your converted ADP accounts has been assigned a UNIFY account number referenced as either a Loan or Share ID.

Real Estate Loans
If you obtained a First Mortgage with ADP, this loan is currently being serviced by another provider. The loan will remain with that servicer and the terms, administration, and payment process for your loan will remain the same.
If you have an existing Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or Home Equity Loan with ADP, the terms of that loan will remain the same when converted to UNIFY.
If you have an existing consumer (non-mortgage or credit card) loan with ADP, the terms of that loan will remain the same when converted to UNIFY. Additionally, your payment due dates will remain the same.
For HELOC or Home Equity Loans, you will receive monthly statements with a payment coupon to use for your payments.
For consumer loans, if you are not on automatic payments, you will be sent a coupon book with 12 months of payment coupons to replace your ADP coupons.
For either real estate or consumer loans, if you are on automatic payments, (excluding Payroll Distributions from your incomng electronic transactions), your payments will continue uninterrupted.
If you are not currently on automatic payments, or use existing Payroll Distributions for loan payments, you may set up an automatic payment in eBanking following the conversion.

- ATM/Debit Cards
If You Had This ADP Card You Now Have This UNIFY Card Information To Know ADP Visa Debit Card or ADP ATM Card UNIFY Visa Debit Card or UNIFY ATM Card
- If you have either an ADP ATM or Debit Card, and have used this card within the last 12 months, you will be sent a UNIFY card.
- A new Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be sent in a separate mailing from your ATM or Debit Card.
- Tuesday, May 30, 2017: The last day your ADP Debit Card or ADP ATM Card will be active.
- Wednesday, May 31, 2017: Begin using your UNIFY Debit Card or UNIFY ATM Card.
- Thursday, June 1, 2017: If you would like to customize your Debit Card or ATM Card PIN, bring your card to a UNIFY branch location anytime beginning June 1, 2017.
- Activate your UNIFY Debit or ATM Card prior to May 31, 2017.
- Do you use your Debit Card number for recurring payments such as subscriptions or gym memberships? If so, please make sure to update your card information with applicable vendors beginning June 1, 2017.
To help protect your account when using your UNIFY ATM/Debit Cards, there are maximum daily limits. If you need more information following conversion, please contact us or modify your daily limit in eBanking.

Maximum $525 daily withdrawal limit
- Credit Cards
If you have an ADP Mastercard, please continue to use your Card following conversion. We will be converting ADP Mastercards to UNIFY Visa Credit Cards later in 2017. You will receive a separate communication regarding the timing and details of this conversion.
At this time, please continue to contact Mastercard at 800.299.9842 with any questions regarding your payments or account. Additionally, you will continue to be sent separate credit card statements.
- Automatic Electronic Transactions
Deposits and Payments
If you currently receive electronic transactions, such as Direct Deposit, payroll or vendor payments, to or from one of your ADP accounts, UNIFY will continue to process these items with your ADP Member Number following conversion.
Although your employer or vendor will need to be provided with your updated UNIFY Member Number and UNIFY’s routing and transit number, this cannot be done until after June 1, 2017. Due to privacy considerations, UNIFY is not able to make changes to your Direct Deposit on your behalf.
Please follow your employer’s process for updating your Direct Deposit information. We have included a Direct Deposit enrollment form that may be used to facilitate the update process with your employer. Rest assured your Direct Deposit will continue uninterrupted before and after account conversion.
For other automatic electronic deposits or payments, such as a gym membership or insurance payment, please provide UNIFY’s routing transit number (322079719) and your UNIFY checking account number (see sample check below).
PLEASE NOTE: Automatic deposits scheduled for June 1, 2017, may post one day early on May 31, 2017. If this should occur, the transaction will be displayed on your June statement from UNIFY.
If you currently have Payroll Distributions through ADP Corporate, linked to your Direct Deposit or other incoming transactions, these distributions will be discontinued after the conversion on June 1, 2017.
There are two options to establish transfers immediately following the conversion:
- Visit our eBanking site to establish a one-time or recurring transfer.
- Visit a UNIFY branch to establish a one-time or recurring transfer.
- Account Access
Take advantage of the convenience and security of electronic banking anytime, anywhere. Deposit checks (through eMobile banking), pay bills, view balances, schedule payments, transfer funds, and more, using UNIFY’s eBanking from your computer or download the UNIFY mobile app to use your mobile device for easy on-the-go banking.
If you used ADP’s online banking, you will need to register and set up access to UNIFY’s eBanking beginning June 1, 2017.
To enroll in UNIFY’s eBanking follow the steps below:
- Visit the UNIFY website at UnifyFCU.com and select Enroll under eBanking.
- You will be taken to the screen shown below. Please follow the instructions to register.
You will need:
- Your UNIFY Member Number
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number
- The ZIP code for your account
Once you register for eBanking, you will be able to Connect Your Way® and manage your accounts online—anytime, anywhere.
UNIFY’s ePay (online bill pay service) is FREE for all members.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you use ADP’s online bill pay, the names, addresses, and account numbers of your payees will need to be set up in UNIFY’s ePay system to continue this service. Bills on ADP’s bill pay will be paid through Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
- You will be able to schedule bill payments through ADP’s bill pay service to be paid until May 24, 2017 at 12:00 noon (ET).
- Bill payments cannot be scheduled May 24, 2017 (12:00 noon ET) - May 31, 2017.
- You will no longer have access to ADP’s bill pay service starting May 31, 2017.
- REMINDER: Please retain and/or print out the names, addresses and account numbers of your current payees in ADP’s bill pay prior to May 31, 2017.

Your statement history from ADP will not be readily available following the conversion of your account to UNIFY. You are encouraged to save any past ADP statements you may need prior to May 31, 2017. Following conversion, if you should need statement history, send a Secure Message through eBanking, contact your local UNIFY branch or our Contact Center.
Going forward, if you have a UNIFY loan or checking account, you will receive a monthly statement of your account activity. If you only have a savings account, you will receive a quarterly statement.
PLEASE NOTE: If you currently receive eStatements from ADP, you will receive a paper statement for your May statement. Your eStatements will resume with UNIFY for your June statement. Your final statement from ADP will reflect May’s activity and be sent in early June. As a courtesy, for a limited time, your previous ADPFCU eStatements will remain accessible via the eStatements login at adpfcu.com
- Automated Telephone Banking
UNIFY offers Automated Telephone Banking that also provides 24/7 access to your accounts.
You will be able to:
- Check account balances
- Verify cleared checks, deposits and withdrawals
- Make consumer loan payments or transfer funds
- Request a check withdrawal mailed to your home

Also, UNIFY is part of the CO-OP Shared Branch Network—a branching network allowing members of different credit unions to perform transactions at participating credit union branch locations. You have access to over 5,000 branches nationwide to conduct business on your accounts. This is the same access to branches you currently have at ADP, plus all retail branch locations at UNIFY.

Secure Messages are a way for members to connect with UNIFY regarding account specific inquires or share sensitive/confidential documents or information. To access Secure Messages, log in to eBanking and select Messages on the left-hand toolbar. Select the New Message button to send a new message. You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
