    Skip the trip to deposit checks. Download UNIFY’s App to your mobile device and tell your check to say “cheese”. Using the camera on your device, you can deposit checks by taking their picture.

    Here's how:

    1. Log in to eBanking from our UNIFY App
    2. Select eServices in the main navigation.
    3. Select eDeposits.
    4. Capture the check image, front and back.
    5. View the deposited check image in the Quick Actions sidebar on the eBanking homepage.

  • Card Management (Card On/Off)

    Card On/Off

    Our Card On/Off feature, within eBanking, gives you the ability to deactivate and reactivate your UNIFY Credit and/or Debit Card as needed from either your desktop or mobile device. This can be helpful if you temporarily misplace your card, or know you won’t be using your card for an extended period of time. Please be aware when you choose to turn your credit and/or debit card “Off,” the following takes place:

    • One-time debit/credit transactions will be declined at the point-of-sale.
    • ATM transactions will be declined.
    • Recurring transactions should continue to post as scheduled. However, if a merchant processes the transaction as a one-time transaction, and not recurring, the transaction will be declined. We recommend you check with the individual merchant if you have a question about stopping a recurring transaction.
    • Pre-authorized transactions will continue to be posted and paid.
    • Your checks, online transfers, bill payments, and other account transactions will continue to be paid.

    If you misplace your card, then find it, you should confirm there have been no unauthorized transactions before turning the card back “On.”

    Additional Card Management Features

    • You can report your UNIFY Credit and/or Debit Card lost or stolen within eBanking.
    • Submit a “Travel Notice” to tell us if you will be going to a different location with your card(s)—especially outside of the country.
    • Request a cash increase if you know you’ll be spending more on your card(s) than usual.

    Sending Money

    • When you use PeoplePay, your recipient will receive a message (through their email or mobile phone) that you have sent them money
    • Your recipient enters their debit card information to receive your payment

    NOTE: The debit card the recipient uses needs to be on the same processing network as the UNIFY Debit Card; if the recipient’s card is not in network, a message will be sent with instructions that to receive payment he/she will need to provide the routing and checking account numbers from their associated credit union or bank. Also, processing may take up to two days until the money is available.

    1. To use PeoplePay, you’ll need a UNIFY Debit Card and a UNIFY Checking Account.
    2. Log on to eBanking or the UNIFY App.

    Value-Added Benefits

    • Good to consider if you need some extra cash during a month
    • Two skip payment requests can be made per rolling calendar year, per loan
    • A total of eight skip payment requests can be made over the life of the loan

    • Loan needs to have been funded and in good standing at least 6 months before the first skip payment request
    • Skip payment request must be received before a late charge is assessed on the payment
    • Requesting a loan skip payment will not impact your credit rating
    • There is a $25 fee** per loan skip payment requested (Note: the $25 fee is temporarily waived)
