UNIFY New Member Survey is Coming!

Members = UNIFY. It’s that simple. And, as a member, hearing your thoughts about satisfaction and how we’re serving you is really important to us.

Starting October 7, we will launch a new survey to gather feedback from members close to real time. That way, we’re hearing right away how we’re doing when you interact with us.

Our new survey will be sent by email daily to a random sample group of members who recently did transactions or opened a new membership.

There will be a prompt to ask and have your questions answered—you’ll receive a response from a team member within two business days.

Over the next few months, you may also receive a mailed (paper) survey as we finish our previous survey model—this will help us continue to receive your feedback without any disruption. In early 2020, we will discontinue our paper surveys.
